A letter to all the girls and boys with no hope left for love,
Hello. You might be at a time in your life where all you want is a boyfriend or girlfriend, but can’t seem to find any luck in love. You might be insecure, you might be weird, you might think that you’re ugly, you think there are several things wrong with you, but trust me, there are not. You are perfect. And you’re going to find somebody who truly deserves the perfection that is you. About 8 months ago, I was suicidal living with my evil mother, so I made the choice to move to a place where I didn’t know anybody. I thought it could be my big break for love… I was wrong. Just because people didn’t know my story doesn’t mean that they would like me. And then, a few days ago, I met Mark. My first real boyfriend. It’s been 3 days, and I can feel myself starting to fall for him. He holds doors opens for me, holds my hand, kisses me, and treats me perfectly.
I’d like to let you all know that you all are perfect. And you will all find someone who is perfect for you, without needing to change yourself at all. Somebody will love your obsession with Adventure Time or One Direction, without thinking you’re weird. Somebody will love everything about you. And that can only happen when you’re truly ready, and when you love yourself.
